Are you someone who prides yourself on working towards 100% sustainability?
If you have organza bags laying around that are not being used here are some cool tips on what you can do with them. We have found many uses beyond the life of our products and we have personally recycled, reused, or repurposed our bags in the following ways:
- Cosmetic Case
- Dried Herb & Flower Sachet Bag
- Yarn Storage Craft Bag
- Jewellery Storage
- Shoe Bag (Flats, Slippers, Kids)
- Stationary Bag
- Coffee Bean Bags
- Bread & Candy Bag (Croissants, Mini Muffins, Cookies, Candies)
- Goody Bag
- Dice & Card Bag
- Wine & Spirits Bag
- Raw Food Sprouting Bag
- Growing your own sprouts is a frugal way to add fresh vegetables and crunch to your diet. Many people are familiar with the jar method of sprouting, with a canning jar and cheesecloth on top to hold the seeds while they sprout. Another uses a bag method where the seeds are placed inside a fabric bag that is periodically rinsed and hung over a sink. A thin fabric like an organza bag makes it the perfect sprouting bag.
So, do not start your spring cleaning by throwing out your unused bags. Now that you have several ideas on how to reuse them I am sure you can come up with many ideas on your own. Better yet you can share these ideas with friends and family and give each person their own personal bag to bring new life.
